| Open Paint - |
There are two ways you can open paint. The first is to go to "Start" -> "All Programs" ->
"Accessories" -> "Paint". The other way is to go to "Start" -> "Run". Type mspaint in the text
box. Click "OK" and paint will open.

| Open Your File - |
Open Microsoft Paint, then open your folder from "file" -> "open". Click your file name to
select it, and click "open".

| Choose To Resize - |
Go to "Image" then select "Stretch/Skew". In the "Stretch/Skew" box change the stretch % to 50%
or 25%, depending on the size of the image. Click "OK". If your image is still too large,
repeat this step.

| Save Your New File - |
Go to "File" -> "Save As". In the "file name" text box, enter a new name in order to avoid
overwriting the original file. Select a file type from the drop down menu (jpg is recommended).
Click "Save" and you're done!
